Shipping policy
Here's the tightened version. Replace the entire Refund policy with this:
REFUND POLICY
Every Ink N Iron piece is made to order. Because of that, our refund policy is a little different than a typical retailer's — but we stand behind every shirt that leaves the print shop.
All Sales Are Final, With Exceptions
Because each item is printed specifically for you when you place your order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size, or change of mind. Please review our size charts carefully before ordering.
We Will Make It Right If:
- Your order arrives damaged (rips, stains, holes from shipping)
- Your order has a printing defect (faded print, misaligned design, wrong colors)
- You received the wrong item (wrong design, wrong size shipped, wrong product entirely)
- Your order is lost in transit (carrier confirms non-delivery)
How to Report an Issue
Contact us at support@inknironapparel.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and any visible defects
We'll review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days.
Most Issues Are Resolved Without a Physical Return
In most cases, clear photos are all we need to verify the issue and process a reprint or refund — you won't need to ship anything back to us. We'll let you know in our response whether a return is required.
If a Return Is Required
If we determine that the item must be returned, we'll provide a return authorization and the correct shipping address in our response. Please do not ship items back without contacting us first — unauthorized returns cannot be processed and may be lost.
Resolution Options
If your claim is approved, we'll offer one of the following — your choice:
- A free reprint and reshipment of the item, or
- A full refund to your original payment method
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement by emailing support@inknironapparel.com. After 2 hours, your order has likely entered production and cannot be cancelled.
Wrong Address
If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
